Victoria Petrosyan brings over 20 years of experience across college admissions and professional recruitment, a combination that has shaped her into one of the most well-rounded voices in interview preparation. Having worked within both academia and in Talent Acquisition, Victoria has spent her career reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates from both sides of the table. That dual perspective has given her an intimate understanding of what truly makes a candidate memorable. Her approach has always been deeply personal, taking the time to truly know each student and help them find where they belong academically and professionally. Over the course of her career, she has also witnessed the admissions process become increasingly selective, with interviews emerging as one of the most powerful tools schools use to differentiate between outstanding candidates.
At Interview Prep Plus, we are committed to developing professional-level communication and interview skills in students from as early as 9th grade. Our approach goes beyond preparation, it is a process built to support, motivate, and equip each student with a strong foundation for wherever their academic and professional journey takes them.

After assisting with mock interviews at his high school, I recognized those same nervous behaviors in many of his classmates. Student after student struggled to present themselves in a way that truly reflected their potential. That observation stayed with me, and sparked a deeper question about how I could help these students find their voice and step into their academic and professional futures with confidence.
